Hello,
I have been looking into buying the 3 volumes of .Hack//GU and was wondering what is the normal price for them and besides Ebay where a good place to look for them all, I am going to be looking around the game stores where I live even if I called and asked if they have any of those games since sometimes they say they do not have it and I find it there anyway.
Trying to find it so by Friday when I am payed I can either pay for it online or if I am lucky go to the store and would like to know what price to expect since I have seen the prices on Ebay and wonder if those are like the normal prices for the three games. funny once I did find all three at a good price and the person said they would hold them for me and then sold them to someone because their price was higher and I wasn't even called and told this I got all the way to the store and someone else told me that they were sold and the person who was going to hold them did not even look at me. lol so I am hoping this time if I do find them my luck will hold. xD
Any help or advice will be so welcomed since I only know of Ebay and the Amazon sellers but I am trying to save monies. so a point in the direction to a site or a store in NYC which good prices would be so good.
Thank you! and I hope this is ok to post.

Hey girls! I've just saved up enough money to buy myself a PSP, and I'm wondering what games I should add to my Buying List. I'm into RPGs mainly, but I like Strategy games and an occasional Action/Adventure.
So far I have:
~ Final Fantasy: Dissisia
~ Final Fantasy: Crisis Core
~ Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep
I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of them right now.
Please and thank you!

I received an xBox 360 for Christmas this year and was just wondering if anyone could recommend any good games for it? I've already bought Left 4 Dead 2, which is amazing, and I'm looking to purchase Halo 3 and Fable II. But are there any others any of you would suggest? Any genre's fine. :)
Also, on a Left 4 Dead 2 note, has anyone managed to beat like, any campaign on Expert? It's driving me insane. -_-
Thanks again. :]

I hope you all had a lovely holiday ladies! Once again, gather 'round since I had a new topic for disscussion. Our topic is:
What are your opinions with how the gaming community is represented by the media and how should we change it? Does it need changing and it it does, are we to blame or it the media at fault?. As always, feel free to disagree or agree but be civil. Now, let us cross our fingers that this iPhone app that I'm posting with actually works and let's dive in...

P. 32 of the 4-koma included in the latest issue of Dengeki cracks a joke about the PSPGo's distance between the analog stick and the buttons being 8 centimeters less than the former PSP models causing shoulder pain(the character suspected the PSPGo was the cause as she didn't have pain with the older models).
So PSP Go owners, do you agree? Wasn't the problem even worse with the GBA Micro?
But long hours on a portable system really isn't good for your neck and shoulders in general, especially if you do it all the time.
Let's discuss!

My boyfriend just downloaded Harvest Moon Boy & Girl for me on his PSP Go and all of my Harvest Moon love came rushing back. I've never played this one but I'm off to a good start and it looks very promising!

Also, I am this (__) close to buying a used Game Cube for the sole purpose of playing Harvest Moon Magical Melody!!! Probably my favorite Harvest Moon game of all times!!

I also love Harvest Moon Save the Homeland for PS2. One of my other favorite Harvest Moon games!!

I hope I get as into Boy & Girl as I did the other two!
Do any of you play Harvest Moon??? If so, what have you played and what are your favorites??

so i'm in the position where i'd like to lose a few lbs, not like, 50 or anything like that (maybe 10 or so) and there is such a glut of games for the Wii, and I would prefer not to have more games that I need to pawn off. so does anyone have any suggestions for wii games?
videogames and some other sundries for sale
seriously i promise that i am not trying to spam this community, i'd rather sell to other girl gamers if possible. i just don't have a lot of input lately unless anyone wants to rage with me about how bad the wii silent hill game is.
because seriously the silent hill wii game is driving me nuts

When I played any of my PS3 games on my old television the text was always blurry. I blamed this on the fact that PS3 games, and PS3s tend to be more compatible with higher-quality televisions, and that my t.v. I had was really, really, really old. A reasonable assumption.
Well, for xMas my parents got me a new, 32" HDTV. I was (and still am) super excited. I hooked everything up, and popped in Dragon Age: Origins...only to find that the text in the menu was still pretty blurry. I put in Oblivion to see if it did the same thing, and yes, it does. Granted, its not nearly as bad as before, but the problem is still there.
So I'm wondering: Has this happened to anyone else? Could it possibly be something with my PS3? Or are my t.v's settings all whacked out? I'm confused as to why the issue is still there.
Thanks in advanced!

Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2: the Casinos BGM musics
Jesus Crist, why they didn't made a album with those beautiful musics? I love the ones in Crazy Globe! And Calypso Casino, especially the ones in the stairwell, and in the last part of the level where you must rescue Dr. Smythe! It's beautiful really! So is there any other chance I find it beside youtube? PLEASE! I see a lot of people asking for it in the foruns...

Does anyone have a Retro Duo (the system that can play both NES and SNES games)? If so, does anyone know why the one I just bought won't work on the SNES side? I've been googling and finding nada. :(
According to my TV, it's not giving off any signal--the light is red if that makes any difference (it's green on the 8 bit side, but I'm not sure if that's just a different colour light or if it's an indication of something being wrong). I bought it off of Amazon new and I would rather not have to go through the trouble of returning it (as returns on internet purchases have a tendency to get "lost in the mail").
Thanks!

Hey Folks,
My friend bought a PS3 the other day and asked me what games she should play for it. I have a PS3 but I primarily game with my xbox, and only really buy the PS3 exclusives.
Anyway, I was trying to find games she would like and I found out that Eternal Sonata released for the PS3 last year with additional content. I was a big fan of Eternal Sonata, even though the story got to me, and I was just wondering if anyone could explain if this content is worth the repurchase of the game and the time involved in replaying the game?
I don't know if it would be worth it, but I just want to know if I should keep an eye out for a price drop on the game. Thanks for any info you can give =)

I got some Wii points for Christmas and have a total of 2500. I spent a good hour and a half browsing Wiiware and virtual console titles and just can't decide!! What would you suggest (for either catagory, but Wiiware is the biggest mystery to me)?
Hello all, I need some advice
I got my first DS game for Christmas yesterday; Kingdom Hearts. So with glee I borrow my brother's DS lite and get ready to play my new toy - when all of a sudden the top screen shows big black bars, then goes completely black during a cut scene! I tried switching it off and on again, but now it stays pernamently black, so I can't see what's going on.
I've called a local game shop and they said it might be a lose wire and gave me a number for a repair centre and for nintendo. But I was wondering, has anyone else had the same problem? Is it easy to fix or is it worth just getting a new DS?
Many thanks in advance!

I'm trying to buy dsi points with my credit card, and i enter everything correctly yet it keeps coming up "error, the information you've entered is incorrect." Has anyone had this problem before? Should i try a different card?
So last night I was trying to play a game together with my friend on Xbox live. It was the first time I had ever done that, and the same goes for him. He sent me the invite, I accepted it, then it would say "Connection Failed".
No matter who sends the invitation, it happens to both of us. Does anyone know what the problem is and what can I do to fix it?

Hello everyone and a belated Merry Christmas!
I don't know if someone has already posted this. If they did, please feel free to delete/ignore this post.
After almost a year, I finally found the right mood to play Eternal Sonata (I've got the PS3 edition). The game is absolutely fantastic and stuff, but I'm currently having problems to go through Fort Fermata in chapter 2. The regular enemies seemed to be considerably difficult and stuff. I didn't really expect this, so I bought no cure items and now I found that I can't go back further than Viola's house!!!! It seems that I'll have to find my way through with Frederic and Polka, but it's kinda sad, because I LOVE to use Beat and Allegretto in my party and Viola is slightly stronger than all the other characters...
I've been searching around for hints, but it seems that the guys who played Eternal Sonata also had some difficulties in Fort Fermata... Some of them mentioned that the game's difficulty in this part increases dramatically and I hate to say this, but I'm starting to agree. (=__=)
So... does anybody have any kind of hints to go through this part without wanting to throw the game right through the window?
Other than this... overall, what did you think about the game? Did you finish it all with all possible things to achieve? Or did you just gave the game up before getting to the end of it?

Christmas has been good to me this year! :D I'm a PS3 gamer, and over the last two days I've gotten SEVEN new games and one add-on for my PS3. I'm so stoked! I have lots and lots to keep me busy for a while...
~ Modern Warfare 2
~ Farcry 2
~ X-Blades
~ Mini Ninjas
PSN
~ Gunstar Heroes
~ Braid
~ Trine
~ LBP Pirates of the Caribbean DLC
I also have some Christmas money to spend, so I'm going to finish paying off my pre-order of Bayonetta, pre-order FFXIII, and maybe buy the full series of Powerpuff Girls on dvd. I am one happy girl gamer. ^_^
How was your Christmas or other similar winter holiday? What gift made you smile the most?

Okay, I now have a shiny new PSP.
I'm looking into buying a skin for it. (Because I like colorful things and hate shiny surfaces that smudge easily)
I've used gelaskins.com, for my netbook, before. They provided an excellent product and I love how it looks, but unfortunately, most of their artwork is not to my taste and the few pieces I do like...I'm not too fond of they way they look on the PSP.
I'm looking at skinit.com, which definitely has things I love, but there is no preview for what it would look like on a psp.
Has anyone used them for something that's got cutouts and what not? Was the result good or bad?
-I guess that's all.
(PS. Any other site suggestions or stores to check out for this sort of thing are welcome!)
